The idea
sowohl…als auch adds two members; weder…noch negates both.
sowohl…als auch adds two members; weder…noch negates both. It does not mean nicht beide, which leaves one possible. Establish the two properties before selecting the connector preserving their combination.
Members need compatible functions: mit der Leitung und mit den Gästen. Repeating the preposition can clarify government. Do not join a noun complement and a full clause as if both were objects of one verb.
nicht nur…sondern auch affirms both members and highlights the second addition. entweder…oder presents alternatives; exclusivity depends on context. Activities state whether one or both are allowed; do not infer exclusion automatically.

Solve the new case in German and justify the decisions. Check against the criteria, not just the model wording. Die Kosten und Termine wurden geprüft; zusätzlich wurden die Risiken geprüft. Weder eine Genehmigung noch eine Zusage liegt vor. Verfasse zwei Sätze: fasse die geprüften Aspekte mit nicht nur…sondern auch zusammen; erhalte beide fehlenden Dokumente mit weder…noch.
