The exhibition poster
CEFR A2125 words

Questions
You answer them with the text in front of you. It isn't memory: it's understanding.
If visitors followed the first poster, which activity would lose its allotted hour?
Preparing the meeting room — The first poster allows visits until two. Lara needs one to two for preparation, while the meeting itself starts at two.
How much of Lara’s preparation time would the first poster leave free of exhibition visitors?
None of that hour — The first poster keeps the exhibition open until two, covering the whole one-to-two preparation period. The agreed one o’clock closing would instead leave that hour free.
The entrance poster is corrected, but the message image is not. A visitor uses the message to choose a closing time. Which time would they use?
Two o’clock — The original announcement says ten to two and also exists as a message image. Correcting only the entrance copy leaves message readers with the old two o’clock closing.
After the corrections, how much time can Lara use between the exhibition’s closing and the meeting’s start?
One hour — The corrected notices follow the ten-to-one agreement, and the meeting remains at two. That leaves one hour for preparation.
A visitor plans to enter at 1:30. Which source’s hours would support that plan?
The first poster — 1:30 lies between ten and two on the first poster, but after the agreed one o’clock closing. The final notices agree with the correction.
A final notice still says “Saturday, ten to two”. Which part conflicts with both the group’s plan and Lara’s preparation?
The closing time — Saturday and ten match the agreement. Closing at two conflicts with the agreed one o’clock end and Lara’s preparation from one.
