Domande

  1. What was unclear to the audience?

What action should follow — Gli esempi sono piaciuti, ma il pubblico non ha capito cosa fare dopo.

  2. They will test the booking form with ___ users.

  3. A thinks removing rejected options from the spoken ending would help.

  4. What is Friday's report meant to provide?

Main problems and a next step — Il rapporto identificherà i problemi principali e proporrà il passo successivo.

  5. They agree to remove the comparison from all supporting material.

  6. B can organize the sessions next ___.

A I've read the feedback on our presentation. Apparently the audience liked the examples but couldn't tell what we wanted them to do next.

B That's frustrating. The final slide had three clear recommendations.

A Clear to us, perhaps. We'd spent weeks discussing them. The audience had only heard them once.

B So you think we should add more explanation?

A Actually, less. We listed every option we'd considered, including the ones we'd rejected. That made the final recommendation sound like just another possibility.

B I see. We could keep the comparison in a handout and finish with one action: test the booking form with five users.

A Exactly. Then say who will arrange it and when we'll report back.

B I can organize the sessions next Wednesday. You could collect the comments, unless you'd rather lead the interviews.

A Collecting them is fine. Let's not promise a redesigned form by Friday, though. Five interviews will help us find problems, not solve every one.

B Agreed. Friday's report will identify the main problems and suggest the next step. That's a promise we can actually keep.
