What does he want to do before ranking the candidates?
Make the criteria explicit — I'd rather we were explicit about our criteria before we start ranking anyone.
What is her main objection to weighting «distance travelled»?
That they cannot measure it consistently — I don't disagree in principle. What troubles me is that we can't measure it consistently. Não discute o fundo, mas a medição.
