en replaces de + something and quantities. y replaces à + a thing or place. Both go before the verb.
The usual slip. Leaving them out entirely, because English has no equivalent and can simply say «I have two».
Why it catches you out. English has neither, and can leave the complement out altogether — «I have two» is fine. So nothing warns you that something is missing. You are the one who uses them least of the four.
